Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail operations or related discipline with demonstrated business results.
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (Excel, AI, QuickSight) to inform operational decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver operations engagement programs driving store profitability and labor efficiency.
• Dive deep into store-level performance data to identify root causes of operational gaps.
• Leverage AI-powered diagnostics and data-driven analytics to identify performance opportunities and deliver actionable insights.
• Identify and apply operational insights from both Amazon and Whole Foods Market to strengthen store performance.
• Design and deliver acumen training programs that meet operators where they are.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to provide clear, consistent direction operators can trust and execute.
• Lead complex projects from concept through delivery with confidence and urgency.
