Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Workforce Management Sr. Program Manager to define and deliver cross-vertical workforce initiatives spanning Forecasting, Staffing, and Scheduling within WWGS. The role shapes store leadership structures and partners with Finance, HR, and Field to drive scalable delivery aligned to long-term architecture.

You will leverage data, analytics, and AI to assess workforce scenarios, influencing decisions across multiple retail formats with senior leadership guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy and end-to-end delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver strategic workforce management initiatives across Forecasting, Staffing, and Scheduling.
• Define midterm projects and milestones aligning priorities with the WWGS labor strategy.
• Coordinate requirements across Forecasting, Staffing, and Scheduling STOs.
• Define and drive strategic projects across multiple verticals with clear milestones and success criteria.
• Identify and resolve blockers; elevate risks with mitigation plans.
• Drive stakeholder management and communicate progress to senior leadership.
• Ensure deliverables meet defined success criteria and drive measurable outcomes.
• Shape store leadership structure vision across retail formats in collaboration with Finance, Process, Field, and HR.
• Leverage data and AI to model workforce scenarios for informed decisions.
