Job summary

Amazon's WWGS Operations Reporting is seeking a Program Manager to own critical dashboards and AI-enabled data pipelines. You will manage compensation-linked scorecards, key production reports, and 50+ data source integrations to empower store operations.

You'll lead end-to-end pipeline governance, apply AI efficiencies to data architecture, and collaborate with analytics and engineering teams to deliver trusted insights for everyday decision-making.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience.
• Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, VLookUps) and SQL.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
