Job summary

Amazon WWGS is seeking a Program Manager to own dashboard visualizations and AI-enabled data pipelines for the Operations Business Support team. You will manage compensation-linked scorecards, key production reports, and 50+ data-source integrations, embedding AI into processes and data architecture.

You will lead end-to-end pipeline integrity, governance and quality, and collaborate with cross-functional tech and business teams, using AWS QuickSight and SQL alongside Copilot tools.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLookups) and SQL knowledge.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.

• Lead monthly scorecard cycles from development to production and stabilization
• Manage production reports tied to Operations
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate SQL generation, ETL boilerplate, migration scripts, dashboard scaffolding, schema documentation, and natural-language Q&A for stakeholders
• Apply human judgment for governance, troubleshooting, UAT accountability, production sign-off and program delivery
• Use Amazon Q, KIRO, and GitHub Copilot as core workflow tools
