Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Program Manager II for ARS Capacity Expansion to lead major greenfield and brownfield factory projects within North Carolina or South Carolina. You will manage cross-functional teams, ensure schedule and budget integrity, and drive safety, quality, and efficiency across plant transitions.

The role emphasizes ownership mentality, stakeholder leadership, and risk mitigation across construction, startup, and production ramp phases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• 8+ years of experience in project management methodologies, processes, and tools.
• 3+ years of experience involving construction, modification, transition, and startup of industrial facilities.
• PMP certification, or ability to obtain within one year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead Zero Incident Safety Culture for construction, installation, and startup while meeting EHS, OSHA, permit, and code requirements.
• Ensure effective program management tools and processes are utilized, including Eaton’s PROLaunch stage gate process.
• Lead cross-functional project teams through ambiguity by establishing program structure, operating cadence, objectives, and performance measurement.
• Accountable for program scope and successful execution within technical, schedule, cost, and quality commitments.
• Maintain project business cases and comply with Eaton's CAR and asset capitalization processes.
