Job summary

Eaton’s ARS Fibrebond division in North Little Rock, AR seeks a Sr Program Manager – Capacity Expansion to lead the launch of a new manufacturing facility. You will drive cross-functional teams to deliver large-scale capacity expansion, balancing schedule, cost, and quality while translating strategy into actionable plans.

This role requires strong program governance, risk management, and hands-on leadership across sites, with up to 25% travel and relocation support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• 8+ years of experience owning and applying project management methodologies, processes, and tools to successfully execute large scale projects.
• 3+ years of experience involving the construction, modification, transition, and startup of industrial/manufacturing or similar facilities.
• PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, or ability to obtain within one year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead Zero Incident Safety Culture for construction, installation, and startup while meeting EHS and permit requirements.
• Ensure effective program management tools and processes; utilize Eaton’s PROLaunch stage gate process.
• Lead cross-functional project teams through ambiguity by establishing program structure, cadence, objectives, and performance measurement.
• Accountable for program scope and successful execution within technical, schedule, cost, and quality commitments.
• Maintain project business cases and comply with Capital Appropriation and asset capitalization processes.
• Control project spending, provide forecasts, and monitor contingency utilization.
• Create and maintain detailed schedules using Microsoft Project with interdependencies.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies; drive issues to resolution.
• Ensure transition from project execution to operational readiness including startup and ramp-up.
• Manage equipment moves, cutover sequencing, supply continuity, and asset disposition for plant transitions.
• Deliver executive project reviews and transparent reporting on status, risks, and finances.
• Foster collaboration across functions and locations; manage RFPs and contractor negotiations.
