Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Program Manager II – Capacity Expansion to lead major capacity-growth initiatives across multiple manufacturing sites. You will drive greenfield and brownfield expansions, product line transfers, and network optimization while translating strategic direction into executable plans.

The role requires at least 8 years of PM experience, PMP certification, and willingness to travel up to 50% with relocation options within NC/SC.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
8+ years in project management methodologies, processes, and tools.
3+ years in construction, modification, transition, and startup of industrial facilities.
PMP certification or ability to obtain within one year.

Responsibilities

Lead Zero Incident Safety culture for construction, installation, and startup.
Oversee program management tools and the PROLaunch stage gate process.
Guide cross-functional teams through ambiguity with clear structure and metrics.
Own program scope and deliver within technical, schedule, cost, and quality commitments.
Maintain business cases and comply with CAR and asset capitalization processes.
Forecast spend, monitor contingency usage, and manage risks.
