Job summary

Eaton’s Assemblies & Residential Solutions (ARS) seeks a Program Manager II – Capacity Expansion to lead large-scale manufacturing transformation projects expanding capacity for power distribution assemblies. You will drive cross-functional teams from concept through startup, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with a focus on zero-incident safety and operational readiness.

Relocation within 50 miles of NC/SC is available; up to 50% travel may be required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
Minimum 8 years of experience in project management methodologies, processes, and tools.
Minimum 3 years of experience involving construction, modification, transition, and startup of industrial facilities.
PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, or ability to obtain within one year of hire.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional project teams through ambiguity by establishing program structure, operating cadence, objectives, and performance measurement.
Maintain project business cases and comply with Eaton's Capital Appropriation Request (CAR) and asset capitalization processes.
Create and maintain detailed schedules using Microsoft Project, highlighting interdependencies between teams and holding team members accountable.
Deliver executive project reviews and provide transparent reporting on status, risks, schedules, and financial performance.
