Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Sr Program Manager for ARS Capacity Expansion in North Little Rock, AR. You will lead a cross-functional team to deliver a greenfield/brownfield expansion, align schedule and budget, and ensure on-time startup with rigorous risk management.

This role involves up to 25% travel and collaboration across multiple sites, reporting to the PMO Director of ARS Capacity Expansion. The ideal candidate brings 8+ years in PM, construction/startup experience in manufacturing, and PMP

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
• Eight or more years of experience owning and applying project management methodologies, processes, and tools to successfully execute large scale projects.
• Three or more years of experience involving the construction, modification, transition, and startup of industrial/manufacturing or similar facilities.
• PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, or ability to obtain within one year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to drive large-scale manufacturing transformation projects for capacity expansion.
• Manage scope, schedule, cost, and quality commitments with strong governance and reporting.
• Create and maintain detailed project schedules using project management tools and coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors.
• Drive continuous improvement, risk management, and stakeholder alignment across multiple sites and functions.
