Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Program Manager for its Kings Mountain, NC plant with relocation assistance. You will lead plant programs and oversee manufacturing projects, including capacity, equipment, and new product launches, interfacing with customers and internal teams to ensure successful execution.

Required are a bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years in program management, engineering, or manufacturing; relocation is offered and this is a full‑time on‑site role in Kings Mountain, NC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; engineering preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in program management, engineering, operations or manufacturing.
• Eaton will not sponsor immigration for this position; visa support is not provided.
• Preferred qualifications include Engineering degree, MBA, PMI PMP accreditation, and global team experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead plant programs/projects focusing on operations.
• Manage capacity, equipment, and new product launches; drive NPD/PROLaunch initiatives.
• Coordinate with customers and internal/external groups; provide status updates to leadership.
• Maintain project portfolio and develop roadmaps aligned to organizational goals.
• Drive continuous improvement through Eaton Business System and ECIS.
• Coach teams and promote rapid issue resolution; standardize processes.
