• Valid Rhode Island driver’s license, active vehicle registration, and insurance.
• Must pass comprehensive background checks per Rhode Island state and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the intake process and caseload allocation across Rhode Island.
• Supervise and support service coordinators to ensure quality care and support.
• Develop and maintain relationships with families, caregivers, and community partners in Rhode Island.
• Ensure full compliance with Rhode Island state regulations and federal standards.
• Manage budgets and resources to support service delivery.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative work environment.
