Job summary

Community Options, Inc. is seeking an experienced Program Manager in West Windsor, NJ to lead a team delivering person-centered supports for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

You will guide day-to-day operations, training, and program development to meet ISP/PCP goals. The role requires a Bachelor's degree, strong leadership, and the ability to manage competing priorities while ensuring safety, compliance, and clear communication with families and guardians.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience supporting individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
• Knowledge of state regulatory agency operations and standards.
• Team oriented with demonstrated leadership experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and crises calmly.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train teams to support programmatic initiatives and daily routines.
• Manage staff schedules and ensure shifts are adequately staffed.
• Provide training on daily routines including medication administration and hygiene.
• Develop and update ISP/PCP with an interdisciplinary team.
• Ensure documentation and billable records are completed accurately and timely.
• Communicate with families and guardians as needed.
• Monitor health and medical needs and report concerns promptly.
• May fill shifts when staffing issues arise.
• Support compliance with licensing and state guidelines.
