Job summary
CRi - Community Residences, Inc. seeks a Program Manager for the Residential program in Richmond, VA. The role leads the program, communicates CRi's mission, and ensures quality care and a safe environment.
You will supervise staff, manage budgets, and coordinate admissions and service planning with cross-functional teams. Qualified candidates have a BA/BS, 5 years of supervisory experience, and experience with ID/DD populations.
Qualifications
- BA/BS degree in related field required.
- Five (5) years of supervisory experience (min. 4 staff).
- Experience in supervision, budgeting, crisis intervention, assessment and service planning.
- Experience with ID/DD population and behavior management.
- QIDP qualification with a bachelor’s in human services or related field and 1+ year direct work with individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Experience with individuals with physical disabilities.
Responsibilities
- Manage program budget and financials.
- Ensure quality of facility and equipment.
- Serve as liaison for families and agencies.
- Integrate program with CRi philosophy under Clinical Director.
- Coordinate admissions, discharges, and service planning.
- Conduct orientation, training, and supervision of staff.
