Qualificações

• 3 to 5 years of experience leading teams in program operations, compliance, or service coordination.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license, active vehicle registration, and current vehicle insurance.
• Must pass comprehensive background checks per Rhode Island state and company regulations/policies.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the intake process and caseload allocation across Rhode Island.
• Supervise and support service coordinators, ensuring quality care.
• Develop and maintain relationships with families, caregivers, and community partners.
• Ensure full compliance with Rhode Island state regulations and federal standards.
