The Connection in New Haven is seeking a Program Manager 1 to provide programmatic and daily oversight of a 16-bed Women's Work Release DOC-funded residential program. You will ensure operations run smoothly, aligning with program goals and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities include managing scheduling, facilities, contract obligations, and fiscal oversight, while coordinating with Adult Services to support rehabilitation, education, and successful community reentry for participants.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent.
• 5 years related experience and supervision.
• Valid Driver's License required.

• Provide programmatic and daily oversight of a 16-bed Women's Work Release DOC-funded residential program.
• Manage scheduling, facility, contract obligations and fiscal management for the program.
