Job summary

The Connection, Inc. in New Haven, CT, is seeking a Program Manager 1 for the Sierra Center Work Release program. You will oversee daily operations, guide program development, and supervise staff to support client rehabilitation and community reintegration.

You will work under the Director, manage staff, and collaborate with Community Justice to help clients transition from incarceration back into the community. A Bachelor’s Degree and supervisory experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum 5 years related experience and supervision.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily programmatic operations.

• Ensure quality assurance and program evaluation.

Position: Program Manager 1Program: Sierra Center Work ReleaseLocation: New HavenSalary: $65,000-70,000/yearSchedule: Full time, 40 hours, 1st shift, Monday-Friday (8-4p) with evening and weekend flexibility to meet the needs of the programProgram Summary:Sierra Center Work Release is a residential work release program that provides individualized treatment services, job preparation, and substance use education to adults under the supervision of DOC. These services are provided to assist with successfully re-entering the community while avoiding new offenses.Position Summary:Under the supervision of the Director, the Program Manager is responsible for the oversight of daily programmatic operations including program development, supervision, staff training, quality assurance and program evaluation.
