The Connection, Inc in New Haven, CT seeks a Program Manager I to oversee a 16-bed residential work release program for Women’s Rise. You will ensure efficient daily operations, manage scheduling, facilities, contracts, and fiscal duties while coordinating with Adult Services and Community Justice staff to help clients re-enter the community.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree with at least five years of supervisory experience in related settings, and are ready to lead a multidisciplinary

• Experience with program management, scheduling, and fiscal oversight preferred.

Position: Program Manager 1Program: Women’s Rise (Women’s Work Release)Location: New HavenSalary: $60,000-65,000/yearSchedule: Full time, 40 hours, 1st shift, Monday-Friday, 9-5p with flexibility to meet the needs of the programProgram Summary:Women’s Rise is a residential work release program providing case management, job readiness, and substance and mental health education to adult females who are under the supervision of DOC. We help women rise as they reenter their communities.Position Summary:The Program Manager 1 will have programmatic and daily oversight of a 16 bed Women’s Work Release DOC funded residential program. Ensure that all matters involving program functioning will run efficiently and effectively.
