The Connection is seeking a Clinical Program Manager in Groton, CT to lead the Women's Bridge residential work-release program. You will oversee daily operations, supervise staff, provide training, and ensure high-quality service delivery for women with identified mental health needs transitioning back into the community.

The ideal candidate has a Master’s degree, licensure, and several years of clinical and supervisory experience, with a willingness to work first shift, on-call duties, and

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in a related field and associate licensure (LMSW/LMFT-A/LPC-A) with 5 years of experience.
• Or full licensure (LPC/LCSW/LMFT) with 3 years of related experience.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operations and provide staff supervision, support and training.
• Monitor quality-of-service delivery and maintain relations with Department of Correction staff.
• Provide clinical coverage including individual and group treatment.
• Handle on-call responsibilities with regular attendance.
• Prioritize deadlines and organize staff effectively.
