Job summary

The Connection, Inc in New Haven, CT seeks a Program Manager I to oversee a 16-bed residential work release program for Women’s Rise. You will ensure efficient daily operations, manage scheduling, facilities, contracts, and fiscal duties while coordinating with Adult Services and Community Justice staff to help clients re-enter the community.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree with at least five years of supervisory experience in related settings, and are ready to lead a multidisciplinary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and 5 years related supervisory experience.
• Experience with program management, scheduling, and fiscal oversight preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the 16-bed program.
• Manage scheduling, facilities, contracts, and fiscal management.
