Job summary

Merakey seeks a Program Manager to oversee day-to-day operations in the designated division, coordinating activities and supervising staff to ensure high-quality services. You may manage a caseload while reporting to the Program Director, ensuring timely delivery and effective team performance.

This role emphasizes staff leadership, program logistics, and collaboration with community partners, with on-call duties and a standard Mon-Fri schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience in human services.
• 2+ years experience in Human Services with an Associate’s degree qualifies.
• 5+ years experience in Human Services with a HS diploma qualifies.
• NASDP certification within 1 year of hire where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise program staff and provide direction and support.
• Conduct regular staff meetings to discuss goals and challenges.
• Provide training and professional development opportunities for staff.
• Delegate tasks and ensure workload balance.
• Address staffing issues, conflicts, and concerns promptly.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
