Job summary

Merakey is seeking a Program Manager to oversee day-to-day management of specific programs within the designated division. You will supervise staff, coordinate activities, and ensure high-quality service delivery to participants, potentially managing a caseload.

The role reports to the Program Director or Director and requires strong leadership and organizational skills to support program outcomes.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of human services principles, best practices, and evidence-based interventions.
• Knowledge of community resources, services, and support networks for participants.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities
