Merakey is seeking a Program Lead to manage day-to-day operations of the assigned division, coordinate program activities, and ensure high-quality services for participants. This role may manage a caseload and reports to the Program Manager.

You will lead staff on shift, develop schedules, handle direct care tasks, medication management, incident response, and maintain safe, clean program housing. Earn $19.48/hour with potential extra $2/hour for enhanced pay.

Responsibilities

• Act as Lead staff and point person during shifts.
• Prepare and manage house schedules with the Program Manager.
• Deliver Direct Care including ADLs, meal prep, and supervision.
• Medication management and administration.
• Coordinate Incident Management with the Program Manager and QCO.
• Oversee household needs: menu, groceries, and housekeeping.
• Maintain home upkeep, cleanliness, and daily maintenance tasks, including repairs requests.
