Job summary

Energy Solutions is hiring a Rebate Processing Coordinator to support its Energy Efficiency Programs Team. The role focuses on processing and validating incentive claims to ensure accuracy and compliance with guidelines.

The position emphasizes collaboration with participants and internal teams to advance energy efficiency initiatives. The role is hybrid, based out of Boston, MA or New York, NY, with on-site presence required at least once per week.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• 1 year of administrative or data entry work experience.
• Advanced beginner skills with MS Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Advanced beginner skills with database management systems.
• Excellent time management, organizational, and multi-tasking skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and juggle competing priorities with minimal guidance.

Responsibilities

• Review incentive program claims including attachments and sales data to ensure program requirements are met.
• Communicate with participants on claims needing further documentation and answer program-related questions.
• Monitor the rebate application queue to ensure timely processing of applications.
• Collaborate with program manager on guideline changes and updates.
• Ensure rebate program emails and calls are answered promptly and escalate unresolved issues as needed.
• Enter and maintain incentive claim information in internal platforms and tracking systems.
• Communicate with team members through meetings and progress reports on tasks.
