Job summary

Energy Solutions is seeking a Rebate Processing Coordinator to join its Energy Efficiency Programs Team. Hybrid work arrangement based out of Boston, MA or New York, NY with on-site presence at least weekly.

The role supports operations by reviewing, validating, and processing incentive claims, coordinating with participants and internal teams, and maintaining data in internal platforms.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Minimum 1 year of administrative or data entry experience.
• Advanced beginner skill with MS Office tools including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Advanced beginner skill with database management systems.
• Strong time management, organization, and multi-tasking with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Review incentive program claims and attachments for accuracy and completeness.
• Communicate with participants to obtain documentation and answer questions.
• Monitor rebate applications queue and ensure timely processing.
• Collaborate with program manager on guideline changes.
• Respond promptly to rebate program emails and calls; escalate issues as needed.
• Enter and maintain incentive claim information in online platforms.
• Participate in team meetings and report progress on tasks.
• Format Excel spreadsheets and upload to the proprietary platform.
• Suggest process improvements for efficiency and accuracy.
