Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Texas seeks a dedicated case manager to deliver long-term, structured management for a caseload in an established life management program, focusing on comprehensive plan development and progress evaluation.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Social Work or related field and at least three years of applicable experience, plus a valid Texas driver's license. Duties include eligibility screening, housing assistance, income/support coordination, and strong client advocacy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Behavioral Science, or related field.
• At least three years of progressively responsible experience in direct case management.
• Valid State Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients and develop long-term recovery plans using available resources.
• Provide counseling and mentoring and advocate for needed services.
• Assist with housing, income, benefits, and other supports.
• Maintain documentation of client progress and program compliance.
• Screen eligibility and complete assistance applications.
