Job summary

Paycom - ATS seeks a Federal Case Manager to provide case management services for Federal clients under VOA-TX guidelines. You will coordinate intake, complete assessments, and develop individualized service plans while documenting progress and collaborating with the VOA team and community resources.

The role requires strong organizational skills, ability to work under pressure, and willingness to travel as needed. A bachelor’s degree in a related field and relevant experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social, human services, criminal justice or behavioral science.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in human services, corrections, or community-based services.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate intake and orientation of new clients within established time frames.
• Conduct and/or coordinate client assessments to determine needs and service plans.
• Develop and revise Individual Goals and Objectives/Treatment with families and community resources.
• Document services regularly and maintain current case files and records.
• Advise Assistant Facility Director on discipline, special needs, and emergencies; recommend actions.
• Coordinate client release from program back into the community or to an institution as appropriate.
• Conduct Living Skills and group counseling sessions as directed; use approved curriculum.
• Meet with all assigned clients as directed; prepare release paperwork within time frames.
