Job summary

Collaborative Solutions for Communities seeks a Program Manager to oversee family services, case management and counseling. You will work under the Family Service Director, document family progress, and coordinate resources and referrals to support permanency and stability for children and families.

Responsibilities include supervising family support workers and interns, preparing written reports, attending reviews and court hearings, and providing rotating emergency coverage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field; LGSW preferred.
• Three years of experience in child welfare.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain records on families to meet program requirements.
• Facilitate family group conferences and coordinate services for families.
• Provide counseling and resources to address client needs.
• Supervise family support workers and interns, developing professional growth plans.
• Prepare reports and attend administrative reviews and court hearings, with necessary documentation.
