Job summary

Damar Services, LLC is seeking a Program Manager - Evaluation Services in Indiana. You will oversee the diagnostic and evaluation program, supervise staff, ensure compliance, and optimize operations to deliver quality services.

You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate with community partners, and monitor outcomes to drive program improvements while maintaining accurate EHR data and regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in a social services or related field.
• Experience with program compliance, documentation auditing, electronic health records, and/or billing-related processes preferred.
• Trauma informed care and de-escalation training.
• Ability to pass and maintain CPR Certification.
• Minimum age of 18 per licensure requirements.
• Valid Indiana driver’s license and driving record that meets eligibility requirements of Damar’s insurance carrier.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the diagnostic and evaluation program.
• Supervise staff and manage performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, licensing, contractual, and organizational standards.
• Monitor program performance, service delivery, and outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and legible program data in the EHR.
• Manage staffing schedules and coverage.
• Conduct regular file audits to align billable hours, progress notes, invoices, and reporting.
• Collaborate with referral partners and community stakeholders.
