Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field.
• Experience leading complex programs with multiple technology platforms and cross-functional teams.
• Experience coordinating readiness, design, implementation, validation, and go-live activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of enterprise, manufacturing, engineering, operations, and site technology workstreams from planning through launch and transition.
• Develop and manage project plans, milestones, readiness reviews, risk registers, dashboards, dependencies, and leadership updates.
• Ensure plans align with business requirements and launch objectives across concurrent workstreams.
• Coordinate workstreams through solution selection, design, implementation, and validation; manage cross-functional dependencies.
• Partner with leaders and external partners to identify operational impacts and support workforce readiness.
• Coordinate readiness reviews, testing, training, approvals, and go-live support.
• Monitor scope, schedule, quality, resources, risks, and performance; drive corrective actions.
