Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent.
• Experience designing logistics or material-flow for greenfield facility, major launch, or significant layout change.
• Experience with logistics automation and material-handling technologies (e.g., AMRs, AGVs, conveyors, AS/RS, RFID).
• Experience integrating logistics with ERP, WMS, MES, fleet-management, or shop-floor systems.
• Lean manufacturing, data analysis, capacity modeling, and flow optimization.

Responsibilities

• Identify, define, and implement integrated supply chain solutions and improvements across partners and internal functions.
• Develop data analyses to identify opportunities for improving performance and cost-effectiveness.
• Design end-to-end material-flow processes for receiving, warehousing, kitting, line-side delivery, and outbound movement.
• Lead launch readiness with functional requirements, equipment specs, capacity models, and risk assessments.
• Build business cases and implementation plans for logistics equipment, systems, layouts, and process controls.
