The modern, technology-enabled operation is expected to incorporate automation, robotics, digital production systems and integrated logistics capabilities to enhance safety, quality and operational performance. Job Summary
The Program Manager – Enterprise Technology Deployment, is responsible for leading a complex, multi-workstream technology deployment supporting the startup of a new manufacturing operation. The role will coordinate business, manufacturing, engineering, technology, site, and external partner teams to ensure multiple interconnected solutions are aligned, integrated, validated, and ready for launch.
The focus is ensuring the people, processes, technology, testing, training, launch plans, and support resources work together as one operating environment. The Program Manager will coordinate concurrent activities at different stages of selection, design, implementation, and readiness while managing critical connections, evolving decisions, external partner performance, and risks that could affect site startup or sustained operations.
Program Management:Ability to define the problem, establish a clear path forward, and lead complex, multi-workstream programs from scope definition through implementation, launch, stabilization, verified results, and follow‑up.
Project Planning and Execution: Ability to develop integrated project plans, manage milestones and cross‑workstream dependencies, intervene when work is off track, recommend recovery actions, and drive accountability across business, site, technology, vendor, and implementation teams.
Enterprise Technology Deployment Readiness: Ability to coordinate readiness across a broad portfolio of interconnected business, manufacturing, engineering, operations, and site technologies; manage cross‑platform dependencies; identify integration and readiness gaps; and drive actions through closure before go‑live.
Stakeholder Alignment: Ability to influence business partners, site operations, manufacturing and engineering teams, leaders, technology teams, vendors, implementation partners, and support organizations; build alignment around recommended solutions; and drive clear decisions, ownership, and follow‑through.
Risk Management: Ability to anticipate program, integration, vendor, and launch risks; determine root causes; evaluate alternatives; recommend a clear course of action; and drive mitigation and corrective actions through verified resolution to protect launch timing and operational continuity.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Ability to use program data, readiness measures, dashboards, and performance reports to assess the integrated technology portfolio, diagnose issues, recommend actions, support decisions, communicate status clearly, and verify that solutions deliver the intended results.
Problem Solving: Ability to lead cross‑functional resolution of complex deployment, integration, launch, and operational issues by determining root causes, evaluating alternatives, recommending practical solutions, and driving corrective actions through implementation and sustained results. Strong analytical, communication, and presentation.
This position requires working onsite five days a week.Relocation is available for this position.Visa Sponsorship is not available for this position.
$147,760.00 - $221,640.00
