Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience operating autonomously across multiple teams.
• Experience building large scale enterprise programs and products from inception to delivery.
• Proficient in breaking down problems, planning sprints, and delivering technical programs in agile models.
• Data-driven decision making and applying continuous improvement across teams.
• Building relationships and influencing dependent teams across the organization.
• Expertise in Payments, IaaS, PaaS; CI/CD, SQL databases, microservices APIs, and distributed systems in DevOps are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution from inception through delivery across multiple teams and domains.
• Work with multiple scrum/delivery teams to build/improve ways of working and mitigate risks.
• Conduct meaningful retrospectives and create action plans; coordinate with other TPMs for program alignment.
• Identify system efficiencies or process improvements and propose proactive strategies to leadership.
• Articulate scope, timelines, dependencies, owners, actions, risks, and mitigations; report progress to teams and senior leadership.
• Be the first point of contact for teams and business lines, providing accurate status and data to the right audience.
• Understand business strategy and design approaches within product/program with depth and credibility.
