Job summary

emerjence LLC is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT-related projects and programs, ensuring contractual requirements, objectives, schedules, and quality standards are met.

The ideal candidate will coordinate multiple technical teams, manage risks and dependencies, track milestones, and provide timely status updates to stakeholders while maintaining strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience in program management, project management, IT operations, or a related field.
• Experience tracking project schedules, milestones, deliverables, risks, and performance.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage program activities with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrated experience managing or supporting IT-related projects or programs.
• Experience coordinating technical teams to ensure successful execution.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall management and execution oversight for IT-related projects and programs.
• Direct, coordinate, and control complex program and project activities from initiation through completion.
• Manage day-to-day contract support operations with minimal supervision.
• Develop, maintain, and track project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and performance objectives.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status and performance reporting to stakeholders.
• Coordinate technical and operational teams to ensure project requirements are clearly understood and successfully executed.
• Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality technical products, services, and project deliverables.
• Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies and coordinate appropriate mitigation and resolution activities.
• Monitor program performance against established requirements, schedules, and objectives.
• Facilitate communication among project teams, leadership, customers, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure project activities remain aligned with contractual requirements and organizational objectives.
• Support continuous improvement of project management processes and overall program performance.
