Job summary

Rivago Infotech Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead end-to-end, fixed-bid programs in Charlotte, NC. You will own governance, planning, and delivery milestones and work with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and executives to drive on-time, on-budget outcomes.

You will manage risk, track budgets and milestones, and ensure clear RACI ownership and executive reporting. A strong background in complex tech programs and stakeholder influence is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or Delivery Lead.
• PMP, PgMP, or Agile/Scrum certifications are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Integrated planning across multiple technical workstreams.
• Milestone and gate tracking with acceptance criteria and quality benchmarks.
• Risk and issue management (RAID) and mitigation plans.
• Program closeout and transition to run-and-maintain teams.
• Financial tracking of budgets, burn rates, and variances against fixed baseline.
• Supplier coordination to align vendor milestones with the master schedule.
• Leadership and stakeholder alignment with a clear RACI framework.
• Executive reporting with concise status updates and dashboards.
