Easterseals PORT Health in New Bern, NC seeks a dynamic Program Manager to lead the EMPOWER team. This full-time role oversees program development, budgeting, staffing, and compliance to deliver high-quality supports for individuals served.

Under the Program Director, you will supervise supervisors and staff, manage budgets, and ensure regulatory adherence while promoting an inclusive, mission-driven culture within a trusted nonprofit serving North Carolina and Virginia communities.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field.
• Minimum of three years in program management and supervision.
• Valid North Carolina driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Experience with licensing, accreditation, and HUD requirements.

• Lead EMPOWER program development, planning, and implementation.
• Provide personnel management and program administration to meet goals.
• Ensure quality services and protect participant health, safety, and welfare.
• Develop budgets and monitor financial performance; seek cost containment.
