Job summary

USAging, based in Washington, DC, seeks a Program Manager to support the PCORI dementia caregiver program in partnership with the University of Minnesota. You will oversee pilot-site implementation, manage budgets, and coordinate with funders and partners to deliver services.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree (preferred) with at least five years of relevant experience, excellent written and verbal communication, and strong organizational and project-management skills.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree preferred plus at least five years of relevant work experience
• Experience overseeing or supporting program implementation
• Excellent organizational and communications skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data/writing tools
• Experience with data collection and technology platforms
• Experience with survey platforms and webinar broadcast platforms

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance and implementation support to pilot sites delivering the web-based dementia caregiver support programs
• Conduct contract management duties for pilot sites to ensure fiscal compliance
• Engage in the development of the pilot site application and selection process
• Oversee the project work plan and budget development, implementation and evaluation
• Coordinate with funder, vendors and partners to facilitate activities
• Serve as liaison to funder on project issues
• Ensure program compliance and auditing standards
• Manage conference and event planning efforts related to the initiative
• Serve as a spokesperson at trainings, conferences and other venues
• Utilize project management tools (Asana, Excel, Teams/Zoom) to organize activities
• Lead writing of program materials (email blasts/social media, surveys, guides, reports)
• Prepare project reports and summaries of activities
