Job summary

Great Lakes Inter-Tribal Council seeks a Dementia Care Program Coordinator to support planning, implementation, and evaluation of the Dementia Care grant. Travel frequently to Tribal communities; location can be Green Bay or Madison WI or Grand Rapids MI.

The coordinator assists the Dementia Care Program Director with scheduling, data organization, reporting, partner communications, and “Train the Trainer” dementia education.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level education in health or public health with management training.
• Experience in elder care, dementia or public health programs preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to work with tribal communities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, implementation, and evaluation of the Dementia Workplan.
• Support program scheduling, data organization, and reporting.
• Provide training and “Train the Trainer” dementia education.
• Coordinate with Tribal communities and funders; prepare reports.
