Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace US LLC in Tempe, AZ invites an experienced engineering program manager to lead and mature advanced Electro-Mechanical Actuation projects for defense and space markets. You will shape scope, schedules, budgets, and cross-functional collaboration to meet strategic business goals.

The role reports to the Director of Program Management and emphasizes cost control, risk management, and continuous improvement across the MOS.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in engineering program management.
• Proven track record delivering complex engineering projects on time and within budget.
• Experience with risk management and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage programs to ensure successful execution and delivery.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and implement project plans including timelines and budgets.
• Manage projects using EVM, SOW, WBS and BOE processes.
• Establish and own a MOS and review cost/schedule metrics with PC.
• Mitigate risks and communicate program and financial performance to senior leadership.
