Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace is seeking an experienced Engineering Program Manager to lead development, qualification, and transition to production of Electro-Mechanical Actuation Systems for Defense and Space. You will define scope and deliverables with cross-functional teams, develop plans with timelines, budgets, and resources, and ensure cost and schedule performance through MOS and EVM methods.

You will report to the Director of Program Management from our Tempe, AZ location on a Hybrid schedule,

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in engineering program management.
• Proven track record delivering complex engineering projects on time and within budget.
• Proficiency with Earned Value Management tools and processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage programs to ensure successful execution and delivery.
• Lead and manage key proposals.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Employ PM tools and processes (EVM, SOW, WBS, BOE, scope/requirements, scheduling, cost).
• Establish and own a MOS (Management Operating System).
• Collaborate with Program Control to review cost and schedule metrics for data-driven decisions.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues before they impact delivery.
