Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace in Tempe, AZ, is seeking a senior engineering program manager to lead development, qualification, and transition of advanced Electro-Mechanical Actuation Systems for defense and space markets. You will define scope with cross-functional teams, develop plans with budgets and resources, and drive MOS adoption across the portfolio.

The role reports to the Director of Program Management and requires strong EVMS, risk management, and leadership skills in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in engineering program management.
• Proven track record delivering complex engineering projects on time and within budget.
• Experience with Earned Value Management tools and processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage programs to ensure successful execution and delivery.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and implement project plans including timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Establish and own a programmatic MOS.
• Review cost and schedule metrics with Program Control to make data-driven decisions.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues before they become critical.
• Communicate program and financial issues to all levels linking performance with strategy.
• Ensure portfolio financial performance to AOP and STRAP.
