Opportunity Partners is hiring a Program Manager to support residents in a community setting. You will supervise staff across two residential homes, oversee program plans, and manage budgets and documentation.

Qualifications

• One year of supervisory experience is required.
• A designated coordinator may have a bachelor’s degree in a field related to human services, education, or health and one year of full-time work experience providing direct care to persons with disabilities or older adults.
• A designated coordinator may have an associate degree and two years of full-time related experience.
• A designated coordinator may have a diploma in a related field and three years of full-time direct care experience.
• Minimum of 50 hours of education and training related to human services, education, or health, plus four years of full-time relevant experience under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage Assistant Program Managers and staff within two residential homes.
• Oversee program plans for persons served.
• Manage finances and budget for the homes and individuals.
• Train staff on how to support our people served.
• Complete people served documentation on meal plans and medication administration in our systems.
• Hire and train new Direct Support Professionals for our homes.
• Create and manage Direct Support Schedules.
