Job summary

Opportunity Partners in Minnesota seeks a Program Manager to help residents live independently in supported apartments or community settings. You will guide staff, develop personal goals for clients, and oversee daily operations in two homes.

The role includes supervising staff, training teams, and managing program plans and budgets. A strong emphasis is placed on documentation, scheduling, and compliance with care standards.

Qualifications

• One year of supervisory experience is required.
• Designated coordinator qualifications include degrees or education in human services, education, or health with related full-time experience.
• Minimum of 50 hours of education and training related to human services and four years of full-time related work experience under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage Assistant Program Managers and staff within two residential homes.
• Oversee program plans for persons served.
• Manage finances and budget for the homes and individuals.
• Train staff on supporting our people served.
• Complete documentation on meal plans and medication administration in our systems.
• Hire and train Direct Support Professionals for our homes.
• Create and manage Direct Support Schedules.
