Job summary

Opportunity Partners is seeking a Program Manager to support residents in daily living within a supported apartment or community setting. You will develop personal life goals for residents and train staff to help clients acquire social and personal skills for independent living.

This full-time role follows a Monday–Friday schedule with a 8:00 AM–4:30 PM shift and a salary of $50,000–$55,000 annually. You will oversee two residential homes, manage program plans, finances, and staff scheduling.

Qualifications

• One year of supervisory experience is required.
• Qualified candidates may have a bachelor’s degree in human services, education or health, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• A designated coordinator may have several acceptable degree levels with related full-time care experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage Assistant Program Managers and staff within two of our residential homes.
• Oversee program plans for persons served.
• Manage finances and budget for the homes and individuals.
• Train staff on how to support our people served.
• Complete documentation on meal plans, medication administration, etc., in our systems.
• Hire and train Direct Support Professionals for our homes.
• Create and manage Direct Support Schedules.
