Job summary

Opportunity Partners in the Twin Cities area seeks a Program Manager to support residents with daily living in a supported apartment or community environment. You will develop personal life goals and train staff to help clients live independently in the community.

You will supervise two residential homes, oversee program plans, manage budgets, and ensure accurate documentation. Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM; Salary: $50,000–$55,000 per year.

Qualifications

• One year of supervisory experience is required.
• A designated coordinator may have a baccalaureate degree in a field related to human services, education, or health and one year of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or older adults or equivalent.
• A designated coordinator may have an associate degree in a related field and two years of full-time direct care experience.
• A diploma in a related field with three years of full-time direct care experience is acceptable.
• Minimum of 50 hours of education and training related to human services, education, or health with four years of direct care experience under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage Assistant Program Managers and staff within two residential homes.
• Oversee program plans for persons served.
• Manage finances and budget for the homes and individuals.
• Train staff how to support our people served.
• Document meal plans, medication administration, and related records.
• Hire and train Direct Support Professionals and create schedules.
