Cap City Supported Living in Lewis Center, OH is seeking a Program Manager to lead and support our Home Coordinators and Direct Support Professionals. The role ensures adherence to agency mission, contract requirements, and state and federal regulations while protecting the health and safety of the individuals we serve.

You will oversee program staff, shaping supervision style, staff retention, and continuity of care, and collaborate with the CEO to pursue new business opportunities in the area.

The primary responsibility of this position will provide leadership and support to the the Home Coordinators and the Direct Support Professionals to ensure policies and procedures and delivery of services are consistent with agency mission and in accordance with contract requirements, state and federal regulations. In addition to ensuring the overall health and safety of our individuals, the Program Manager also ensures the effective and efficient use of available resources and is responsible for overall management of program staff including the supervision style and effort for the retention of staff and continuity of care for the individuals as well as working with the CEO to obtain new business in the area.
