Job summary

CSG is seeking a Program Manager for full-time oversight of IDD Community Homes in the Lancaster area. You will supervise Program Supervisors, drive operations, ensure safety, and support staff with training and resources. A two-week in-person orientation in Mountville accompanies onboarding, with mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with 1 year IDD experience and 1 year supervisory experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with 2 years IDD experience and 1 year supervisory experience.
• Associate degree/60 credits with 4 years IDD experience and 1 year supervisory experience (except in the ICF/MR setting).
• High school diploma or equivalent with 6 years IDD experience and 1 year supervisory experience (except in the ICF/MR setting).

Responsibilities

• Supervises Program Supervisors and evaluates staff performance per policies.
• Collaborates with hiring specialist on interviewing, hiring, orienting and training supervisors and direct support staff.
• Directs daily operations of the program and ensures effectiveness.
• Ensures health, safety and welfare of individuals in the program.
• Provides training on Incident Management and Medication Administration as required.
• Supports supervisors in managing coverage in the homes.
• Participates in on-call system for Community Homes and program managers.
• Promotes inclusion, recovery and community integration.
