Choices in Community Living, Inc. is seeking a Program Supervisor to oversee Homemaker Personal Care services in Dayton, OH. You will manage ISP development and updates, coordinate community resources, ensure health and safety, and maintain meticulous documentation for multiple clients and staff.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and communication skills, with a focus on compliance with DODD regulations and high-quality client outcomes in a home-based setting.

Qualifications

• Possess a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent (GED), reading, writing, and oral communication skills, as well as basic math skills.
• Experience or education in social/health services or management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality Homemaker Personal Care hours in the home as assigned.
• Manage all aspects of service implementation for assigned caseload per each client's ISP (development, assessment, changes) to meet health, safety, rights and DODD rules.
• Coordinate services and resources reflected in the client's ISP.
• Maintain confidentiality and update sensitive information.
• Assist with coverage for shifts and scheduling doctor appointments.
• Create menus, shopping lists, grocery shopping, and run necessary errands.
• Supervise, train, and develop staff; conduct meetings and trainings.
• Manage client finances, program expenditures, leases, utilities, and budgets; balance bank statements.
• Oversee medication administration processes, MARS, and pharmaceutical documentation.
