Job summary

ASU seeks an Administrative Support Specialist 2 to provide intermediate to complex administrative and programmatic support to leadership, focusing on the Community Groups program. Reporting to the Sr.

Director of Brand Orchestration and Activation, this role drives planning and execution across community experiences. The Program Manager supports in-person, virtual and hybrid experiences, including Summer Camp, aligning university priorities with engaging programming.

Qualifications

• Translate organizational priorities into actionable programming.
• Design human-centered experiences considering audience needs and outcomes.
• Design and facilitate learning experiences for diverse audiences.
• Manage multiple programs simultaneously.
• Gather stakeholder feedback to inform future programming.
• Develop communications and program materials for professional audiences.
• Leverage AI and emerging tools to enhance engagement.

Responsibilities

• Plan and evolve the Community Group program to connect and share knowledge across the ASU brand community.
• Serve as the primary contact for Community Group stakeholders and participants.
• Develop annual plans, meeting cadences, agendas, and supporting materials.
• Maintain program documentation, resources, and reporting for informed decisions.
• Champion technology, including AI, to improve experiences and efficiency.
• Plan and execute in-person, virtual, and hybrid meetings and workshops including Summer Camp.
• Direct student worker support and prepare spaces and resources for events.
