  • Champion technology, including AI, to improve experiences and efficiency.
  • Plan and execute in-person, virtual, and hybrid meetings and workshops including Summer Camp.
  • Direct student worker support and prepare spaces and resources for events.

Position Salary Range: $58,000-$70.000 per year; DOE

The Program Manager, Community Experience and Engagement within Enterprise Brand Strategy and Management develops experiences that inform, align and engage ASU's enterprise marketing and communications community.

Reporting to the Sr. Director of Brand Orchestration and Activation, this role primarily manages the Community Groups program while contributing to a broader portfolio of in-person, virtual and hybrid experiences, including Brand Portfolio and Summer Camp. Through this work, the Program Manager helps translate university priorities into relevant, applicable programming that facilitates knowledge sharing, builds alignment and equips participants to take action.

The Program Manager serves as a key connection between the Enterprise Brand team and its community, bringing together organizational priorities, stakeholder needs and opportunities for collaboration. Success requires strong project and relationship management, communication and organizational skills, along with the ability to manage programs from planning through execution in collaboration with a broader team.

Essential Duties:
Community Groups and Engagement
  • Leads the planning, coordination and ongoing evolution of the Community Group program, creating opportunities for connection, collaboration and knowledge sharing across the ASU brand community.
  • Serves as a primary point of contact for Community Group stakeholders and participants to understand needs, identify opportunities and strengthen engagement.
  • Develops annual plans, meeting cadences, agendas, workbooks, and supporting materials that provide structure and continuity across Community Groups.
  • Develops and maintains program documentation, shared resources, meeting records and reporting that support informed decision-making and future programming.
  • Champions technology, including AI and emerging tools, to improve community experiences, facilitation, communications and program efficiency.
Experiences, Workshops and Facilitation
  • In partnership with the Sr. Director, plans and executes in-person, virtual and hybrid meetings, workshops, learning sessions and other community experiences including Summer Camp.
  • Supports the planning and execution of Summer Camp as a signature community experience, coordinating the attendee experience in partnership with project and team leads.
  • Partners with team members and subject matter experts to develop special programming based on emerging community needs and opportunities.
  • Oversees preparation and follow-up for experiences, ensuring materials, documentation, decisions and next steps are effectively communicated.
Student and Project Support
  • Directs student worker support for Community Groups, workshops and other in-person and virtual experiences, establishing clear priorities and responsibilities.
  • Oversees preparation of meeting spaces, presentation materials, activities, collateral and other resources required for successful community experiences.

Working Environment:

Office is located in Tempe, AZ

The Enterprise Brand Strategy and Management team is a hybrid department up to two days a week.

Activities are performed both in an environmentally controlled office setting and outside around ASU campuses.
