Job summary

Arizona State University’s College of Integrative Sciences and Arts (CISA) seeks an Associate Director of Student Lifecycle Engagement to advance college-wide engagement strategies that strengthen alumni connection, career transition, and lifelong affiliation with CISA.

Based at the Polytechnic campus with travel to other ASU locations, the role partners with ASSET leadership, faculty, development and alumni teams to connect student experiences with employer relationships and philanthropy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and five years' experience in the relevant field, including two years in a managerial role.
• Equivalent combination of experience and training acceptable.
• Experience in student lifecycle engagement or higher education settings preferred.
• Experience collaborating with multiple campus partners and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a thought partner to college leadership in identifying opportunities for engagement.
• Lead strategic initiatives focused on alumni mentoring and career transition.
• Collaborate with employer engagement to connect internships and lifecycle strategies.
• Map and coordinate alumni activities to strengthen a university-wide strategy.
• Develop methods to track engagement and report outcomes.
